Instructables on NPR's Weekend Edition Saturday - 2008-11-22
I just finished an interview with Scott Simon of NPR's Weekend Edition Saturday. We talked about the The Best of Instructables Volume 1, Duct Tape Roses, Make an iPod Speaker from a Hallmark Music Card, and Marshmallow Guns. Scott even played some of his favorite music through a Hallmark Ipod speaker built by the Weekend Edition interns.
The show airs on my NPR station Saturdays at 5 , 7, and 9 AM. In conjunction with the show, I will be doing a live chat on NPR's Eco-nomical Holidays Group this Saturday after the show, 10:30 - 11 AM PT; 1:30 - 2 PM ET. So, if you're missing Friday office hours join me on NPR's site!
If you missed it, listen to the interview here: Eco-nomical: Homemade iPod Speakers; and the transcript of the live chat is here: Questions for an expert craftsman.

I think I heard a snicker when the host said "...we have high paid interns to do that..."
