Intro text not on PDF? Answered

I just purchased a Pro account and noticed that generating a PDF leaves off the text in the 'Intro' section.  That does not happen on the 'View all steps on one page' option.  Is this a bug?  Is there a work around?  It certainly leaves out a lot of very valuable information in the Instructable.

Everyone at Instructables HQ is able to reproduce your bug now, it's not just you.  We'll get it fixed as soon as we can.

Yay!  Thank you!  It is nice to know I'm not the only one.  Thank you for being so responsive as well.  I'm glad I paid for the Pro subscription - Instructables opens up entire new worlds to curious minds.

Give it a try now - we released a bug fix last night and I think we've got the problem solved.  Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns - we're glad that you decided to go Pro too!

We just cleared out all of old server caches.  Please reset your browser and give it a shot - the two that were missing in your comment are now showing up for me.   Let me know if any others pop up.

I'm seeing intro text on all pdf downloads - the default one, and customized ones.  Which Instructable are you having trouble getting the into step included on?  Are you still having this problem?

Thanks for your reply.. I can't get the intro on ANY instructable.  The other steps and images show up just fine though.

I just tried to to recreate your bug by logging into your account (I'm an admin) and I was able to download the .pdf's with the intro text included.  Seems like we're going to have to dig a little bit deeper. 

Can you please email me one of the .pdf files that you've downloaded that isn't showing the intro text? 

I can take a look at it more closely and try to see what exactly is going on.  Please send the .pdf file to: noahw at instructables dot com.
