0yokozuna 10 years ago Depends on who you ask. Technically, the Terms of Service will tell you that you must install on Mac products. On the other hand you "own" the software and hardware, and should be free to do what you want with it. To the best of my knowledge, there are no legal precedents. Likely, it's included in the Terms of Service so they can A.) get out of servicing products they didn't manufacture, and B.) to try and scare you into buying their product. As far as I know, nobody has ever run into legal problems with hackintosh.
