Install it with a portable disk drive.

You may have to boot from doss to set up the portable disk drive to a serial port but it can be done.

Does the PC case have a space for a drive?

If it does you may be able to install or get installed a disk drive.

That might be cheaper and easier then buying a portable disk drive.

The other thing you can do is put the hard drive in another computer with a disk drive, program the hard drive and then put the hard drive back in the original computer case.

There is no guarantee this will work but if id does you will have to deal with finding hardware messages and the windows 7 may ask you to put the windows 7 disk in the drive.
