Is it possible to upload a new Arduino, already compiled sketch with VB or C? Answered

Hello everyone, so my question is: Is it possible to upload already compiled sketch with the Arduino IDE (.ini file) with a program created in VB or C?

Sorry but you have to be more precise.
Do you want to upload a normal Arduino sketch that is already compiled?
The IDE does not care if you use a sketch or compiled hex file.
If you want to it externally you need a ISP programmer.

Yes I want just to upload a normal compiled Arduino sketch (like .ino file) with VB or C in visual studio. Because I am using a Arduino UNO for a big home automation system and the project got so big so I want to upload a new sketch in some situations and then upload the main sketch back. Thanks for the fast response! :)

OK, the basic transaction for the upload of a sketch is pretty straightforward serial port banging. How are you going to put the Arduino into the bootloader mode ?

What with, you need a hardware interface to the processor to do it.
