It uses the same chips but in surface mount - offering a few more analog inputs. The board is smaller (thinner) and lighter.

there is not much. i believe they use the same ide. Mainly it is just that the seeduino has some different connectors, a different pcb layout, different color. ohhh... and dont forget, they have different names. :P
