Is this bridgable? Answered

I've got the amp of a jvc mini componant stereo that came with these gigatube speakers which where 3 way enclosures with a subwoofer in each. This amp would probably work better for my subwoofer I have now but I wanted to know if it is in any way possible to bridge the sub outputs of the amp so I can have a more powerful single channel.

. Find the manual. It should tell you what you need to know.

Lol Nachomahma, you always answer my dumb questions, I'll thank you for that. I'm not even gonna look at the manual because it is "supposed" to run the speakers that came with them, they sound cool but they just aren't very loud (shoulda gotten the model up that was bigger subwoofas (hehe)) So I'm not asking if it is right to hook it up according to the company but I wanna know if it will actually work.

. If you have the JVC MXC55J w/ GIGA-TUBE Subs, then there is absolutely no reason to bridge the sub channels. Then you will have to bridge the subs (there's one in each speaker) and that will lead to all sorts of impedance problems. . If 500W in a small bedroom isn't enough sound, you need to step up to a PA system or audiophile amp, ie, $$$$$$$$$. . Or maybe you just need a hearing test. heehee

It's the C90 model I think but anyways same thing. I wanted to use the amp bridge d with my pyle subwoofer. And no 500 watts is not enough sound in my room NOT LOUD ENOUGH!!!. Man some people just have the need for serious bass and that's me. I'm gonna go buy another sub this christmas maybe sooner, it's only 1000 watt but it's got a like 1 inch thick surround on it, ment for some serious bass. Btw check my vid out on my other post.
