Actually if I go simply on your question in the way it is asked, no. Vomiting is a physiological process brought about by muscle contractions. It has nothing to do with chemicals except that it might be triggered by a chemical, like ipecac which causes vomiting. Vomiting is an action, or reaction. Your question is sort of like asking if a sneeze is a chemical reaction.

Vomit is a bad chemical change
for your teeth, esophagus, sinuses and mouth in general.

No, vomiting is the physical moving of the contents of a stomach out through the mouth. Simply moving or ejecting an object or substance is a physical change, not a chemical change.
Vomiting defined:
eject matter from the stomach through the mouth
emit (something) in an uncontrolled stream or flow.
