I know this thread is pretty much dead, but if you're still interested, you'll need to know where the old drive motor of the New Bright rc car attached. Bust out your screwdriver and open a knex motor up. You'll find a switch (not needed, and neither is the battery housing, where the batteries for the knex motor used to go), an electric motor, and some gears that reduce the speed. Get rid of the switch and old battery housing. Solder or somehow attach two wires to the little electric motor, one on each terminal. Thread the wires out of the case, and close the knex motor up. Connect the new motor wires you attached to the spot on the receiver where the old drive motor used to go. Now your knex motor will be powered and controlled by the receiver.
