LED Dimmer help Answered

Hello,

  I have a project that uses a 24" LED strip, powered by an A23 12v battery.  I need to make the LED manualy dimmable .  Is there an inexpensive assembly that would work for this? Or  If i need to make my own, could you give some direction to someone new to electronics?
