LOVE or HATE Answered

Ever spend time with someone and can't remember how many times they say or do something that you HATE?
How about making a small push button device that allows you to push the button each time you want to say "I hate/love/ whatever", along with a sound and a visible counter for number of times the button is pushed?
Easy way to decide at the end of the day if you really like this person or not............
The components must be small enough to be able to carry the device in your hand for instant counting.
Just a thought...smile :)
Any ideas on how to costruct this idea would be appreciated:

P.S......I'm not much of an electrician or engineer so the simplest of plans is a neccesity.
Thanks in advance

Get two of those clicker dial counters, stick them together in a little case or holder. One for love, and one for hate. Make it all cool looking and artistic, and you have a build that does everything you descried above, but entirely mechanical.

About as simple as I can make it.

Thank-You for your input. I wish no ill harm to anyone with this device, but some people have seen this as a tool for "Hate". It's not!. It's just for fun and I'm sure you could use it for many situations.
Eg:...Your spouse, friend, keeps repeating some obnoxious tale and you want to remind him of "how many times he's made this statement"............... I like to argue with my wife about a lot of things that we disagree on, So instead of SAYING something Crude or OBNOXIOUS, I'd just press the button,
Keep my mouth shut, and continue smiling and counting. (smile). At the end of the day, she and I could compare our "hits" and see who "hates" the other more. (smile).....Bye the way I love this woman and this would just be an exercise in fun.
You see what I'm saying....
Thanks.

Counting "hate" is a philisophical endeavor. My only concern is to "keep my opininions to myself and therefeore make a concerted decision by using a counting method. "Everyone is entitled to their own opinion...As long as you keep it to yourself. Counting"hate" will allow me to make a decision witout causing any hard feelings to the other person. Besides....It's just a novel, fun idea. Thank-You for your personal opinion on this matter even though our values are different.

You don't want to be scoring "hate" - Every time they do something that you don't like tell them so, and why.
That usually sorts out whether you really like this person or not............
