Lipsynching talking head Answered

Hi, can anyone help me ? I need to put a mechanism into a latex puppet head to allow it to 'speak' and lip synch while I either operate it ie 'I speak - it speaks' or so that it can tell pre recorded stories. Can anyone please tell me how I can do this ? Thanks jeff

there's some thing you can get like a talking moose head, even does it for microphone you could nick the circuitry from it... then mod it to suit your needs
