Lost posting to 'bugs' forum. Answered

I submitted a new bug report to the bugs forum around 07:00 PDT and received a 'message submitted' banner.
The message has not appeared in the forum after 5 hours.
The report related to a misleading e-mail message which I will resubmit in full if it doesn't appear, but this report is to alert you to the inordinate delay / loss of the original message.
