MAKE's Gadget Freak Design Contest Answered

MAKE has just launched its Gadget Freak Design Contest. Design a gadget and enter the contest to win $1,000 and have the kit for it sold in the Maker Market. Second and third prizes are $500 and $100.

Hmmm...

"Please do not participate if you are not a legal resident of the United States and located in the United States at the time of entry."

Excluded yet again.

Could have expressed more nicely too, similar to instructables' "Open to anyone but prizes only awarded to US entries" approach.
