MCP2210 Configuration Problem? Answered

Using the MCP2210 USB to SPI Converter (Similar to MOD-1013), utility for IC runs with factory default settings for the IC but can't connect to MCP2210 I have plugged into the USB port. Computer sees it, shows it in Device Manager but lists error for it and Code 43.  How do I get the MCP2210 utility from Microchip to recognize the chip plugged into the computer?

I have read the 82pp MCP2210 PDF which answers many question.

Take a look at startup procedures with your background you should understand.

How do you know about my background? Who are you?!

Yes, already read it over, found the problem, Google. Haha! If you look up USB wire colour codes 50% say green is Data - and White is Data +, the other 50% say the exact opposite. I picked the wrong 50% to start with... -_- Working fine now, thank you for the help though.

Inference from your instructables on your home page.

You are handy with tools and besides soldering can read a circuit schematic.

Thanks for the BA...

I am a double-E without a birth country.

BTW your street number has three identical digits.
