I don't know what you need or how you would make it.
I also don't know what kind of solar cell you plan to use, same for the tablet.
Please make up you mind and talk to us like we are babies - that means you need to tell us all the details...

I'd buy a commercial Solar Charger, if that's not enough then Either...

A:) Hack a Larger battery into to

B:) have it charge a second battery pack

Unfortunately you Can't build something that will out perform a ready made unit without spending more money (and time) then a store bought one costs.

Now if you have a spare (10Watt+) solar panel and some Rechargeable batteries kicking around then you can Build a charger using a number of simple(ish) Circuits.

Like Josehf said, it really depends on what you need it to do and what you have Available !

Some Details might be nice :)

That depends on how you want to charge.

To charge at any time, a solar cell, a battery pack, and a charging circuit. You keep it in the sun during the day and when you want to charge day or night you plug in and recharge.

If you want to run from a solar cell, you may need a larger solar cell and a charging circuit.
