Hi, Just wanted to know if a momentary switch (normally open) could be used as a on/off switch with out using a relay.

Yes. No. Needs more details.
As long as the flowing current (including any inrush current) can be handled by the switch and the switch can withstand the switched voltage yes. Otherwise - no.

Yes--using a micro controller or a flip-flop circuit are examples.
