My Mousetrap Car Answered

It's not perfect, it only goes 2-3 meters, and it's always failing in one way or another. Getting these things to work is harder than it looks.

I made one in 8th grade in tech-ed. Mine went about 55 feet before it stopped. They sure were fun to make!

you going for distance or speed? Looks pretty good for speed!

Speed. Mine ended up doing a flip at the races and preformed an EPIC FAIL. :P

for distance have the sting come off at the end so it can coast

for speed, buy professional quality high powered mousetraps (the ones the pros use can even dislocate/break fingers

our scool does those, the best ones (for long distance) went tens of hundreds of feet.
