My cat's favorite pianist ... Answered

The other day, my cat, Comedy, discovered the cursor on my screen ... She found it quite amusing.

Today, as she wanted to sit on my keyboard to have a better view of this moving white thing, I got the idea to show her some pictures of cats.

She probably did not even recognize a cat ... instead, she was focusing on a little flash animation, on the same page.

So, I got the idea to show her some videos. She found it interesting, but not that much.

Then, I shown her Nora's video.
In case you don't know who's Nora : she is a cat that plays piano.

Comedy has never been so captivated !

I think she recognized it was a cat, because she was slowly approaching like for hunting, and she was waving her tail.
Then, when the video ended, she started to look behind the screen ...

Finally, she watched the second video with a lot of attention, like wondering what was doing this other cat, and she ended on my keyboard (again) trying to enter into the screen to join the pianist cat ...

mine is fascinated by the laptop screen and the keys, she has now made the connection between the keyboard and the screen via notepad, the trackpad is more confusing for her and the mouse distracts too much of her attention. She hasn't typed any words yet but has been pretty close. Also she definitely watches TV, we have a big tv so she is actually able to recognize stuff well. Also recognizes our cars engine sound, she still pops up every time a guy with the same volvo as we used to have parks near us.

. Gee. My dogs are rather boring. The only time they even notice the TV is when a dog barks or a doorbell that sounds similar to mine rings. There was a pizza delivery commercial (ding-dong) a few months back that drove them nuts. . PS: Dogs rule. Cats are evil. heehee

LOL that commercial trained our dogs so well we only have to say "ding dong" and they go ballistic.

My dog can only bark at every door bell ring on TV and he barked at Scooby Doo once.

Shadow, our recently passed Cavy LOVED to watch Animal Planet. We have one cavy, snuggles that likes anything on tv or the computer screen as long as it is not static (still picture).

Awww, so cute! My kitties watch the TV whenever we have it on. Ms. Jade Pants especially likes Galaga and the Wii cursor. :P
