i have movie that downloaded from torrent now i'm going to do upload it again to cloud storage and shrink that download link using adf.ly then paste it to my wordpress blog then publish to world .. i want to know the first torrent movie owner can  report my link under copyright Policy ?

pls don't tell go and see wordpress Terms of Service.

just tell me they can report my link or not
