Whether or not the bottom is some kind solitare, you could make up a game for that format.

It could be, Im also starting to think its a factory dud as there is space for four more holes if it were laid out a bit better.

You bought that at a shop.

Non of the holes line up, you can clearly see that in the picks.

None of the holes are the same size, you can clearly see that in the picks.

They used a miter joint in stead of a finger joint, screaming amateur box maker.

Cheep hasps and hinges mounted poorly.

No box corners.

I would say the top game is Tick Tack Toe and the bottom game is a marble version of Pegs.

No game is 30 spaces and 30 pieces there is no where to move.

I think I have the bottom game, there are a number of peg games.

War

You set up the board, ten blue on one side ten white on the other center hole empty.

You can only move if you can jump a marble.

You loose your marble if it is jumped by your opponent.

The game is over when nether player can move.

The winner has the most marbles on the board.

The wood is nice it's a shame it isn't made better.

There was an IQ peg game that was all the rage years ago. The board was a triangle with one hole empty you played it by jumping a peg and removing it from the board. Your IQ was higher depending on the number of pegs left on the board.
