Need Help Answered

HI.
So I need to slightly depress the button on a digital camera every three minutes or so.
SO if there was some device that gave me a little movement every 3 minutes I could lock it into an enclosure with the camera and everything would work.
I can imagine the invention but I don't know the names of the electrical components needed.
Thanks in advance for your help.

They have to dip into water, they don't press buttons like in The Simpsons...
Good reference, if that's what you were referring to.

It worked for Homer, I can't believe TV lied to me.

I can spot sarcasm. We both know TV is full of lies...

what if the nose dipped into the water, but something very light and pointed was attached to the neck to push a button :-) To answer my own question, there probably would not be enough pressure....

It's a thermal&evaporative-cycle anyway, they go wonky and stop without maintenance.
