New Editor Header 3 Formatting Bug Answered

I'm writing a new Instructable using the New Editor, and the formatting on my intro page keeps reverting to an incorrect formatting. I start off with one sentence written in normal text formatting followed by a couple of line breaks. Then, I have the word "INTRO" in Header 3 formatting followed by a line break then a line in italicized normal text. After a short while,  the word "INTRO" will change to normal text formatting and the line break will be replaced by a space so that the following italicized normal text line is next to the word "INTRO".

I've tried correcting this several times, and it just keeps eventually reverting back to the undesired formatting.

I have similar formatting in other parts of my Instructable, but this is the only place I've noticed this change occurring.

Before and after pictures are attached.

The new editor doesn't accept some of the HTML commands of the previous editor.

Do you experience the same issues when you use the formatting options provided in the toolbar? What formatting options are you trying to use aside from headers?

I haven't used any HTML commands. I am using only the Normal Text and the Header 3 formatting from the paragraph dropdown on the New Editor toolbar.

I can not recreate this.
While editing your project, click in the 'source' to view the HTML around that portion of text that is giving you trouble. Are there any other HTML artifacts there that might be causing the problem?

Can you try removing the text that is giving you trouble and try retyping it in another area of that stop to see if the issue persists?

I have a theory as to why I'm losing the H3 formatting only on the first page. I think the old editor is stripping away the H3 formatting and saving it every time I go back in to edit the page. The steps to recreate this are: 1) Use the new editor to create the H3 formatting. 2) Go back in to edit the Instructable. 3) The first page will be brought up in the old editor by default. 4) The old editor strips the H3 formatting and may autosave it.

Sorry, I got away from this project for a bit.

I do not see an option in the editor to view HTML formatting. But viewing the source of the page while in the editor, I do not see anything unusual. It just shows up as INTROWhat is aquaponics? Then, eventually it reverts back to INTROWhat is aquaponics? It appears as though it just keeps losing the H3 formatting in that one case for some reason.
