Newsletter Sending to Wrong E-Mail Answered

Ok, so I have switched to a different email address than the one I was using when I signed up on Instructables, even changed the email in my account settings to the new one. Yet my Instructables newsletter continues going to the old account. Maybe this is some kind of bug or a part of the system that has some flaw in it, I just dunno....

If you're reading this I hope you are an admin or something of that ilk that can remedy this.

Unfortunately for many of us, I'bles maintains two completely separate databases, one for I'bles Website accounts, and a different one for newsletter subscriptions. Never the twain shall meet :-( That would be flaw in the system to which you alluded...

If you still have access to the old account, you should be able to unsubscribe from the newsletter by e-mailing from it to the "unsubscribe" address which I think they include in each newsletter.

If you don't have access, send an e-mail to the customer service address at the bottom of (every) I'bles Web page, service (at) instructables.com, and they can deal with it for you.
