That is a very strange exception as the page "/pages/forum/topic_rightbar.jsp" is not used in any links with a URL like, ".../id/...". Can you send a screenshot of the page with the error, showing the URL bar?
(Page works fine for me in all my browser/OS combinations)

The link is live and valid. Are you browsing the site using Firefox? Does the whole page not load? Do you get a 404 error?
