Offline Instructable maker? Answered

Is there any sort of program download on this site that can be used to make Instructables offline? I have a few instructables that I would like to make, but my internet connection is nowhere near good enough to make one.

I believe that an offline editor is under development, I don't recall where I heard that, though. For creating Instructables offline, why not just type everything in a word processor (e.g., Word, Wordpad, Notepad, Text Editor, Pages) and copy-paste the text into the form? There isn't really a way to upload a single file that turns into an Instructable. You can, however, click the link at the top of the Editor that says "Switch back to the old editor." The old editor uses less animation and sparkles, and is (I assume) easier on low-speed connections.
