Have you looked at the datasheet?
What have you done so far?
What functionality does your board need?

You might also try 8052.com, though do your research first and don't ask stupid questions or you won't get any help from them.

Bear in mind P89V51RD2 has just gone "EOL", so look for the Microchip (!!!) and Zilog (!!!!!!!) 2nd sources.

Microchip have a long established policy of keeping old lines going almost indefinitely.

You might also consider the Silabs parts which are very much more powerful than P89V51.
