You have to change the boot manager and get it out of EMS by putting into EMS

Right after the bios loads press f8 or f11 whatever your computer is set up for this will bring up some options like boot into safe mode.

Oh wait you tried everything, ok then delete the boot manager on the hidden system drive. Then boot from a installation disk to repair the boot file.

I guess we are talking Windows 10 here?
I see two possible options:
Boot from a revocery CD or stick and use the advanced repair options for Windows.
With that you basically overwrite all Windows interal stuff, like drivers, services and such without damaiging and user account, programs or settings.
If that fails then you can only try to do a quick new Windows installation to get your data back (install in a new folder!) or use a live CD to do a backup onto another drive for later recovery.

If you are using Windows, this is due to a update that did not install correctly. Go to their website. There are several causes/fixes. Or look up the "restore to factory settings" steps for your laptop and start over.
