Parlor Trick Question Answered

This fad of "planking" reminds me of a parlor trick I think I read about once. Perhaps from the 1800s.

A woman lies with heels on one chair, head on another. Supposedly she has been hypnotized to be very strong. Then a heavy guy sits on her stomach.

Is there a name for that? Or a place to find image, or reference?
