0SFHandyman 10 years ago ReplyUpvoteWhen you request a temporary password, they send you something full of number ones (1), the capital letter i (I), and small case Ls (l). Then when you start trying out the possibilities they lock you out because you tried too many times! In some fonts those characters are all the same. In my current font 1 (one) has a serif, but l (lower case L) and I (Upper case i) are the same. Here you go: lIl - these are 2 different characters. Not on my Phone, or browser. On my phone where I'm trying to read the password (to type into my computer) they are all the same and they sent me this as a password: l17WlS6E or possibly II7WlS6E or 1l7WIS6E or,... AAARRRGGGHHH On my computer I'd paste it into something I where I can change the font or paste it directly into the browser, but I don't have my email on this computer and my phone has only the one font. Ok, enough typing. I'll CALL them - on Sunday. Let's see if it works.
