Pinterest Share Option Answered

Would it be possible to add a Pinterest share button?  I'm creating a board that aggregates a lot of the costume walkthroughs that I've favorite here in Instructables, and it would be great to easily get it to Pinterest.  Right now I'm having to copy and paste the link and do everything manually.  It would increase traffic to the Instructables site and really help Instructables users.  Thanks!

Pinterest has a button you can download for your browser. So you can just go to the page you want to share and then click the pinterest button. https://help.pinterest.com/en/articles/add-pinterest-browser-button

On my home computer that works fine, but I was on a computer that has download restrictions and could not download the button to my browser. That's why a Pinterest share option would be great. :-)

I meant use the pin button on the phone browser. I don't know if there is one for the phone, but my iPad browser has a pin it button.

when I published yesterday, instructables gave me the option to pin it. I have looked but haven't found that functionality anywhere else on the site

Oh interesting. Maybe that will make it easier for them to just increase where that option is available. Good to know!!

Hmm, that does explain how so many Ibles end up there in other peoples names...
Just click and all is copied...
Must be quite far in the grey zone of what is called "legal" these days, to me it is nothing more than an easy way to steal entire contents from a website without the author knowing :(

that is not how Pinterest works though Pinterest users pin content on other websites and the pin links back to where the content was pinned from. The pin shows who pinned it, however, if it is an instructable it also shows the author name Pinterest actually drives visitors to your instructables on this site. Here is an example of one of my instructables, pinned by someone. http://pinterest.com/pin/267612402834883210/

You think it is best to delete my previous post to avoid confusion ?
