Spend the time in school studying. That will reduce the time before you're able to get your own computer and run whatever you darned well please on it.

Education leads to better jobs leads to better income leads to better toys.

The school system is paid for by tax-payers, like your parents I guess. They restrict you so that the cash is spent on education, rather than your amusement.
If it don't work, you may have to accept that and get on with your life otherwise.
