.  Your best bet would be to spend the money on a Chilton's, Haynes, &c manual for your vehicle. At many auto parts stores you can browse through the manuals and make sure they have the procedure for replacing the control arm bushing before you purchase one. Look for lots of pictures. Shouldn't cost more than $20-30.
.  That said, I put working on major suspension parts in the same category as brakes - if you have to ask, you shouldn't do it.

My Haynes has nothing but an exploded view of the control arms. The control arm replacement used to be dealer only on my 1985 so not sure about 1995.
