Portable Sega system......? Answered

Could somebody possibly do, or make an instructable on how to make a portable Sega system, kinda like the one in the following link?:  https://www.instructables.com/id/NES-in-a-Cartridge/       If it could be made to play the original games, and be hooked up to the TV, and be run on an outlet too, that'd be cool. I'd do it, but I really am not good at doing things with electronics.
    But if someone can do something like that, that'd be sweet!
