Potassium nitrate + liquid fuel = bomb.

Put it in a rocket casing, it's a pipe bomb.

Try it in the UK (and probably most of Europe), you're looking at jail time.

And not to mention NSA attention ! lmao. Stick with commercial rocket engines. they come in sizes larger then most of us will ever need :)
