Pouring concrete footings for a small bridge crossing a wet area? Answered
I have a wet area seperating a 4 acre area on my property that is fluctuates between 30-50 feet depending on the season. I would like to build a bridge that could handle a 3000# tractor and use concrete footings for the main support.
I will then be setting 50', 10" dia. logs attached with threaded rods for the main horizantal support/foundation.
What/How should I create those concrete footings, should I include rebar, variable size aggregate, or?
