Question Re: Membership status Answered

Hi

does anyone know where to find out how many months membership I have left?

I looked in various parts of the Web site but I cant seem to find it.

I tried to download an Instructable today but the download button did nothing .

I wonder if my membership and run out (although I would expect it to tell me !).

BTW , it could just be a bug with the Instructable web site.

Another issue is that I cant post a general question without choosing a Category or Channel which don't have a 'General Instructables Web Site' topic

Ok, so using latest Chrome Browser I can see my profile and Settings etc. and can see that I have a 2 year membership - Pro.
But the download button still wont work for me

Hi there,

Visit your profile page and select the Settings button, then look for the pro memberships box, and select More Memberships. That page will show your current pro membership beginning and end dates.

I tried with another browser and finally got the setting to work

Unfortunately the Setting button on my profile page just takes me to the Instructables Home page. It doesn't allow me to change any settings .. I suspect its a browser issue, as the web site is generally buggy on some browsers or versions of Windows. I wish they would spend some effort fixing these .

Interesting your profile used to show you but now seems not to.

instructables should tell you when your current membership is running our and give you a chance to activate another.
