You are trying to use a radio control signal to turn on a light on the RC car?

The rc part is easy . The radio controls a switch . i can get both to work separately just not at the same time .

So you need to activate two circuits with one switch... Use a double pole single throw switch to keep your circuits isolated and they can turn on at the same time.

And if I did not interpret what you are trying to say, you want to make one LED turn from being constantly on to flashing, you need a bit more circuitry to do that. You want something with modes of off, latched on and flashing.

Ah, the thrill of the game is hunting down the question rather than hunting down the answer. Such sport, tallyho.
