Restore Painted Letters on Keyboard Keys Answered

White dry transfer letters can be purchased from:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Woodland-Scenics-Railroad-Gothic-Letters-Whit-WOODT507-/130726408706?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item1e6fe6b202#ht_3538wt_785
for $6.67. The letters are typically used in model railroading.
Clean the keyboard keys with a mild cleaner on a damp cloth. Wipe dry.
Remove any partial letters with a pencil or ballpoint pen eraser.
Apply the letters to the keys per the instructions on the package. A dull pencil works well.
Lightly coat the key with clear nail polish.
Should look like new and will last longer than the original.

That is a great idea... you should make an Instructable of that!
In case you're wondering: this is where you start.
