Rubix cube solving method collaboration Answered

well, i was thinking(wale i was solving my rubix cube) and thought, why don't we pull our solving methods together and we could make a really fast method for solving the cube. then we could make a collaboration for it. i use a modified version of the "beginners" method. i will post my method later, i do not have time right now.

I have about.. 13 different methods. an I taught myself all of them. the first time I solved a cube ever it took me six months of hardcore brain racking and using my chalk board alot..

While the method that comes with the cube is okay, there is another one that is a bit better, because the algorythms or strings of moves are simpler to remember. Now if I can just remember where I found it. I noticed that most systems make yoy learn the first layer on your own, but the instruction booklet that came out years ago (20?) were good about teaching the first layer. Once the first layer is solved, the second one can easily be done by:
put an edge piece fron the top layer that belongs in the middle so it matches one of the faces it seperates, holding the cube solved-layer down and this piece on the Right. If it needs to go to the back (in order to be in its correct spot), then perform: r u r u r u' r' u' r u' and if it goes towards you to the front, then do:
r' u' r' u' r' u r u r u
repeat for the other middle edge pieces, and if one is already in the middle layer but mis-positioned, simply put a top piece in its place and then redo it.
Third layer is more complicated but I can tell you how later if you need me to.
