I suggest you split it in 3-4 pieces to learn:
- Keypad first
- Writing stuff to SD after
- Reading RealtimeClock
- Combine the 3 parts you now already know.

1.: Google for "4x3 Keypad Arduino" (https://www.google.com/search?q=4x3+Keypad+Arduino) or browse directly to https://playground.arduino.cc/Main/KeypadTutorial... for a starter on the Keypad
2.: Google for "Arduino SD logging" (https://www.google.com/search?q=Arduino+SD+logging) or go to https://www.arduino.cc/en/tutorial/datalogger for a starter on Datalogging to SDcard.
3.: Google for "Arduino external RTC" (https://www.google.com/search?q=Arduino+external+R...) or go to https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-pcf8523-real-t... or https://playground.arduino.cc/Main/DS1302/ for a starter on external RTC-handling

Post again if you managed both parts but still have problems combining the 3 parts. :)
