Software to convert Photos to CD's? Answered

My girlfriend has had a few requests to have the photos she takes (Currently edits everything herself and sends to users via dropbox) in a cd format. Now, she claims that the file sizes are too large for a cd to hold, but there has to be a way to do this. I was thinking loading everything onto a SD card or putting a few images onto 1 cd.

Is there any software that would hold approximately 10-25 pictures and not be a lesser quality product than what she is currently doing? (She really needs the product she hands over to be good-great quality, she only takes customers via referals.)

She has professional camera equipment, a samsung galaxy s 5 and a laptop to edit. If you needs specifications & inventory.

Thank you kindly,
Tom

My inclination would be to go for a USB drive.

If this is her business, it is relatively easy to get thumb drives with stuff like business logos and phone numbers printed on them. In fact, a quick search reveals that you can get large-capacity USB drives in business cards. This is just an example, not a recommendation:

Should doesn't need to give out the full file format photos. Converting the files to JPG would be a good thing and reduce the file sizes. Also reducing the overall image size wouldn't be a bad thing.
