Solar power comment analysis requested, very interesting. Answered

I recently received a comment from a very new member on a very old forum post. It is in relation to the old post here. Big claims, but I've never heard of a tems though it seems he is referencing it as an activation energy of crystallization or some such. Any takers?

. "tems" = "temps" = "temperatures". Some kind of vapor deposition process if I understood him.
. I'm not sure if he was encouraging you to keep experimenting or leading up to asking you to fund his research. He rambles more than I do.

temps huh? makes sense. I'll ask a materials engineer friend of mine what he knows about crystallization.

I haven't a clue about the technology he mentions. On a first reading, it sounded like he was after money, but then I thought he was warning you off making your own cells becaus his friends cells would be so cheap... Ask him for a reference or more details.

Already asked for more info, but from his member page, it seems he only signed up to comment on my topic and hasn't been back. Thanks for the replies. I don't quite think any of my friends would be winding me up, nor do I quite think they're clever enough to generate such a fitting rabbit hole.
