Starting a project - How? Answered

It's one thing to start a project when professors, supervisors, etc are pounding on you to get it done. But how do you manage to do all that alone? I have many ideas but they're just that - ideas. So how can I effectively start and finish one?

Go to your draft, hit edit.

Look to the left for a button that looks like a set of lines, and a button with a down-arrow.

Hit the down-arrow, a menu appears, including an option for "delete".

"Shot down"? Did somebody tell you not to write it?

some projects i just wanna do. no discussion to distract me. other times i need to collaborate. havin folks to work with can help.

lately, the "burnin questions" section motivates me. do a project because someone else wants it.

there have also been experiments im motivated to do because someone insists it cannot be done. ;)

having a deadline often helps. unlimited time can mean no drive to begin.

Just... do it.

Be your own professor, set deadlines for each step, give yourself rewards for completing each step.
