Suitable transistor or IC to run 1 Watt LED in low voltage? Answered

I want to run 4 x 1Watt LEDs from a 3.7V source (10000mAh).
LED DC Forward Current: 350mA
The purpose is to sue it with a motion sensor.
Please suggest a transistor or IC with maximum efficiency.

Update: I found that the "IRF 540" Mosfet is a good solution.

If you actually want an IC, check digikey or mouser and use the parametric search to narrow down to what you want. You may need to open the datasheets for all the chips to see the efficency curves.

I want to run 4 x 1Watt LEDs from a 3.7V source (10000mAh).

The power source will be 4 rechargeable batteries - 10000mAh.
