Swinging Kinetic Energy Sticks Answered

Good day everyone.

Thanks for making this one of the best sites on the net.I love the stuff I've been browsing through here - truly awesome.

I've been searching the net to try to find a "how to" on the swinging sticks desktop sculpture as shown in Iron Man 2.It looks super cool and the science behind it makes it even more interesting.

I cannot find these anywhere locally , I am from South Africa.Perhaps someone here would be able to put together some details on how I can make one ?
