Temperature stabilizer system with peltier battery Answered

Hello everyone!
I have a thesis to design a temperature stabilizing(controlling) system for solar cells.I need to use 12V Peltier battery and a simple pc fan.Any further help is appreciated.

So hat you are saying is: You got the question and list of ingredients but want someone else to do the work for you?
If so, just post the Email address of your teacher and we will all hand something in - that way the grades go to the right persons ;)

No,actually i don't have the list of ingredients.I just have to use 12V peltier battery and a simple pc fan,others are optional to create the circuit but i'm not sure precisely how to choose other ingredients and create the schematics.I said any further help is appreciated so,you don't need to comment here unless you want to help.Thanks

Well, my point was and still is that you try to avoid to do the work and research you are supposed to do - some would call that cheating.
Half an hour using Google should give you all you need, although you would have to combine the knowledge you gathered to fit your project.
I am not a teacher but I think yours would agree here ;)

By the way: Using peltier elements to cool a hot solar cell will most likely use more energy than what the solar cell can produce - but that is just my opinion.
