I wish someone had done a knex thing, because they skipped that section of the ibles community.

That is what those in the legal profession call "a slippery slope".

I wish someone had done an LED altoids tin thing, because they skipped that section of the ibles community. I wish they did a giant pinata thing, because they skipped that section of the ibles community. I wish they did an edible dinosaur cake thing, because they skipped that section of the ibles community.

There are only so many letters (and a hand) to make. Only a small cross section of designs, construction methods and materials could be utilized.

Well there is 14 letters, and 17 categories. Some catergories dont count, like burning questions, community - blog and quare pegs thats 14 categories, 14 objects! And we have tech , ie the altiods tin. we have a wax crayon letter, ie the pinata And you say EAT CAKE multiple times, so you guys did it all exept knex!

How does a wax crayon have anything to do with a pinata? Seriously. Look, we just made the letters out of materials that came naturally. That just didn't happen to include knex. Like caitlinsdad said, make your own if you're not happy. Organize a bunch of the k'nexers to make letters and send them in!

Right, we didn't correspond them to categories at all. Each letter's (and hand) construction was totally up to the person who was assigned it.

It wasn't supposed to; we made the letters out of whatever materials inspired us. We weren't assigned, or limited, to categories.

So do your own! Make a Knex Robot, or a portrait of Eric out of colored Knex, or a Knex repeating rifle that shoots all the letters in "Instructables"...
