This strangely voided my warranty. Yes, by breaking it I void my warranty. So, the screen was cracking more and more and before it went all down I figured, since my warranty was void anyway, why not have some fun before it dies? So I took it apart. I cut the frame and the body in half, I kept only the screen and the hold switch/battery/headphones module in the top half. The bottom half held the hard drive and the mother board. Now I call it a laptop, and it technically is. It is able to run a full OS (Linux). And has full UIs. The hard drive (Sticking out the back) I left sticking out but made a case for it out of some sheet metal. I was able to reduce the size of the screen area, because the hard drive was relocated. But sadly even after this when I attempt to make it fold i discovered that the wires connecting the screen were very short. And at the current ~45° angle they are taunt. What I plan to do from here is add iBoy buttons (like the a, b, up, down, left, right etc.) and/or make a desk/table that has the iTop built in, and speakers.
