Thermostat stopped lighting up.
Atlantic electric sais transformer bad, put one in, nothing. tested outgoing still no volts,. caked fuse fine, ck power into unit good, then caked going into transformer nothing. what could be problem?

I think one problem is your using too much cake. LOL
Check your circuit breaker. If no power is reaching the transformer then somehting between the transformer and circuit breaker is bad. Flip the break off and back on again to make sure it's been reset.

Test set up with or without frosting.

Really too hard to say remotely. It could be several things I guess. Perhaps better to replace the entire unit.
